How much does it cost?
The cost is completely free to you as the user. 1xHealth works by providing medical benefits thru approved insurance carriers &/or plans. If you insurance is approved, the cost to you is $0.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free when you order your prescriptions thru 1xHealth.com.
Where do my prescriptions get sent?
All shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years or older. The default address for your shipment is the address associated with your healthcare insurance which is usually your personal residence. If you prefer a different address, please ensure you provide an updated address to the doctor at the end of your consultation.
How long does it take to receive my medications?
Your medications will usually arrive within 48 hours of the time the prescription is submitted to the pharmacy. If you have not received your medications within 4 days, please call our toll free number: (800) 289-7872
Can I have a local pharmacy fill my prescription?
No. At 1xHealth we use our partner pharmacies to fill all of our prescriptions.
How are my prescription orders packaged?
Our pharmacy partners are required by law to package everything in a weather resistant packaging to ensure security and privacy. Packages are discreet and are unmarked for your privacy. Prescriptions are primarily shipped thru tier 1 shipping partners, usually FedEx or UPS.
What do i do if I’m having a shipping issue or my medications do not arrive?

Will I have a co pay for my prescriptions or lab tests?
A majority of the time our pharmacies and laboratory partners have co-pay assistance programs that cover your co pays, meaning there will usually be no cost for you.
Where are 1xHealth Doctors based?
1xHealth Doctors and nurse practitioners are U.S. based and board certified. 1xHealth will pair you with a doctor or nurse practitioner that is licensed to practice in your state.
How long does the doctor consult take?
In most occasions your telephone consult will usually take between 10-15 minutes.
How do i schedule my doctor consultation?
Phone consults can be scheduled from our website, www.1xHealth.com. You will receive an email notification confirming your appointment.
How 1xHealth handle my emergency medical situations?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. You should not use 1xHealth if you are experiencing a medical emergency. 1xHealth specifically deals with non-medical emergency consultations.
Can i use 1xHealth if I’m located outside the United States?
1xHealth is not available outside the United States.
